Signing of the Book of Condolence for the terrorist bombing at Brussels Airport and Maalbeek Metro Station

Vice President Carl B. Greenidge signing the book of condolence at the EU Delegation office extending sympathy and solidarity with the people of Belgium on the occasion of the terrorist bombing on the morning of 22 March 2016 at Brussels Airport in Zaventem and at Maalbeek metro station in Brussels, which killed several people. The Minister signed the book on his way to Timehri Airport. Looking on is the Chargé d’Affairs of the EU Delegation to Guyana. The Vice-President worked in Brussels for some eight years during his tenure in Belgium as Deputy Secretary General (DSG) and subsequently SG of the ACP Group in Brussels.
